Criteria

To be eligible for the Dr. Michael Lebow Scholarship for Future Doctors, applicants must meet the following criteria:

✔ Undergraduate students currently enrolled at an accredited college or university in the United States.
✔ Aspiring medical professionals, including students pursuing pre-medical studies, nursing, or other healthcare-related fields.
✔ Demonstrated academic excellence and a commitment to the medical profession.
✔ Must submit a 1,000-word original essay answering the following prompt:

Essay Prompt:
“What inspired you to pursue a career in medicine, and how do you envision making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry?”

The essay should reflect personal experiences, career goals, and a vision for improving healthcare. Applications will be evaluated based on originality, clarity, and depth of insight.

Amount

One time award of $1,000

Deadline

The deadline to apply for the scholarship is December 15, 2025.

Winner Announced

The winner of the scholarship will be announced on January 15, 2026.
